Short and plain: what I collect, why, and how to have it deleted. Last updated: October 7, 2026.

Who is responsible

Recurra (userecurra.com) is a small project run by one person in Spain. Contact: [email protected].

What I collect

  • From the forms: your name, email, store address, your answers about your store, and any message you write.
  • From pilot stores: your store's address, your email, and the read-only WooCommerce key you provide. The key is encrypted (AES-GCM) and kept in Cloudflare Workers KV, never in plain text and never in our code. I also read the subscription data needed to build your report (statuses, amounts, dates and IDs) — never your customers' names, emails or addresses. I only read; I can't change anything in your store.
  • On this site: no cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies, and your language choice is kept in your browser.

Why

To run the pilot: connect your store, send you your weekly report, and reply to you. I don't sell data, I don't share it for advertising, and I don't build mailing lists.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (website, report pages, and Workers KV, where the encrypted key is stored), Resend (sending email, EU region) and GitHub (where the weekly job runs). They act as my service providers.

How long I keep it

While you take part in the pilot. When you ask me to stop, I delete your data and your key. You can also cut off access yourself at any time by deleting the key in WooCommerce › Settings › Advanced › REST API.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. If you think I'm not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
